We have played for over 100 events together, not to mention numerous other performances as substitutes or additional musicians for other ensembles.
We know how to plan for the unexpected -- playing extra prelude music to accommodate a late start, shortening or lengthening songs to make sure your bridal party (including that unpredictable 2-year-old flower girl) walk down the aisle in style, or filling empty space when your unity candle just won't light.
The musicians that perform with us in trios and quartets are also professional and experienced, and we strive to prepare and deliver a flawless performance for your wedding day.
When you book with us, you communicate directly with us. We don't use agents. We will provide you with our personal cell phone numbers so that you can contact us throughout your planning process, or the night before if you need to make a last-minute change to the order of ceremony.
Our performances are unique because many of our arrangements are customized specifically for our ensemble; several are arranged personally by Jessica or Andrea. We take special requests for songs outside our repertoire and have even performed original songs written by the bride or groom to make your wedding completely memorable.
We look forward to working with you, getting to know your personality, preferences, and style so that our performance suits your vision.
Professionalism in conduct and appearance is of utmost importance. We always plan to arrive early (usually one hour before your ceremony start time) so that we can set up our music stands, unpack our instruments, and hide our cases and coats. We begin playing prelude music when your guests begin to be seated. We dress in formal, black, professional attire (unless requested otherwise). We arrive with a positive attitude, friendly smile, and music prepared to perfection!
